This 3-bedroom resale condo at Le Quest was updated with a modern minimalist approach, focusing on clean lines and functional spaces tailored to the homeowner’s needs.

The foyer features a shoe cabinet with a niche, providing a practical solution for storage while keeping the entrance neat.

The DB cabinet door was replaced to match the carpentry, ensuring a consistent look throughout the space.

In the living area, a TV console with a full-height cabinet was added for storage and display, keeping the space organized without feeling crowded.

A full-length mirror opposite the dining area helps reflect light, making the hallway feel more open and spacious.

The herringbone vinyl flooring adds subtle detail, giving the home a cohesive and visually extended look.

For the main bedroom, a platform bed with a bedhead with storage and a desk was designed to balance comfort and functionality.

In the smaller bedroom, a platform bed with a half bedhead was added, offering a practical layout for limited space.

This project prioritizes practicality and simplicity, creating a home that meets everyday needs while maintaining a clean and understated aesthetic.
