This 3-bedroom condo at Midtown Modern is designed as a warm, continuous space, where materials and forms flow naturally from one area to another.

From the entrance, full-height wood paneling conceals storage, keeping the space clean and uncluttered. A mirror by the foyer reflects light and extends depth, doubling as a last outfit check. A built-in settee provides a practical spot for wearing shoes.

The living and dining areas are planned as one open space. A curved ceiling softens the transition, paired with subtle cove lighting to create a warm atmosphere. Dark wood finishes are balanced with lighter tones, while the dining settee integrates hidden storage with an adjustable divider.

Throughout the home, full-height carpentry keeps everything seamless, with storage built into the walls and out of sight.

One room is designed as a home gym, where a full-height mirror makes the space feel larger while supporting proper movement alignment. A soft curved lighting detail adds a subtle focal point and keeping the space warm.

The bedrooms are softened with natural light and lighter tones to create a calm, restful feel, while the bathrooms follow the same palette with integrated storage and clean lines.

Every element is intentional and aligned to daily use, from circulation to storage, resulting in a space that feels calm, and quietly refined.
