Modern features wooden and earth-friendly elements are emphasising with crisp lines. These include stone, wood, and leather – faux or genuine. While the contemporary style embraces a similar concept of using natural materials, they are usually paired with concrete, steel, and other industrial-inspired elements.

For this 5 room BTO project, we used vinyl wood laminates and gold fixtures, and bold colours like dark grey, black and navy to put emphasis on specific areas of the house. We also used geometric shapes for the mirrors and curved metal fixtures to bring out the modern contemporary look.
