This 4 Room BTO unit was designed to have an eclectic mixture of sleek modern elements combined with boho-chic accents to bring out the color and texture of the materials used for this unit. The style of the design mainly used the concept of carefree layers of texture, pattern, and colors. In this 4 Room BTO unit, the client wanted to focus on the kitchen area and the master bedroom. For the kitchen area, we created an island that serves as a casual dining space and also a workstation. In the master bedroom, the client wanted to have an L-shaped wardrobe closet to utilize the space and make full use of the dead corners.

For this 4 Room BTO, every corner of this unit was utilized by adding a tall unit in the kitchen area for the appliances and also a work zone where the sink and cooktop are placed within proximity for efficient workflow. The design boasts a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for both people and pets alike. With these, the timeless combination of wood, warm colors, and patterns results in a calming home that fills the soul with joy and laughter.
