This 5-Room BTO brings more functionality and intention to each area, starting from the entrance. What was once just a pass-through is now a practical and polished foyer, complete with built-in storage, a full-height mirror, and a compact settee. Accent lighting adds warmth and definition without visual clutter, creating a sleek welcome that sets the tone for the rest of the home.

The living room opens up with the dining space tucked behind the sofa, making it an easy, inviting setup for gatherings.

In the kitchen and dining area, the layout is centred around a clean, full-height look. A feature island provides extra prep space, while a pocket bifold door offers the option to close off the kitchen when needed. Lower cabinetry is kept light, with select areas reserved for wine, glassware, and display items. The owners’ preference for minimal base cabinets is balanced by smart storage solutions and a focus on vertical lines.

Two bedrooms are combined and reconfigured to create a more flexible suite. A mix of sliding and concealed doors helps define zones while maintaining flow. One entrance is sealed to streamline the layout, making space for a full-height wardrobe, dressing table, and a display space for bags.

Throughout the home, soft curves are introduced selectively, just enough to soften the lines without making the space feel stylized. The overall result is calm, practical, and adaptable. A lived-in minimalism that puts everyday function first, with just the right amount of polish.
