Project: 3 Bedroom Resale Condo

This 3 Bedroom Resale Condo is originally a dual-key unit, which reworked into a single,
unified layout by removing the separation between two living zones.

The living room is flipped, and the kitchen is shifted to improve flow. One of the former kitchens is repurposed into a dining and pantry area, creating a clear transition between the communal and private spaces.

The layout is kept visually clean, with storage integrated into full-height cabinetry to maintain a consistent line across the space. Black and white tones are balanced with warm wood elements, while subtle curves at key junctions soften the overall look. Lighting is kept minimal and integrated, helping define each zone without adding visual clutter.

The window ledge in master bedroom is converted into a functional desk with pull-out drawers, turning an underused edge into a practical work area. A concealed mirror and built-in storage keep the setup compact and uncluttered.

A home that feels straightforward and intentional, where each change improves how the space is used on a daily basis.
