This 5-room BTO brings together minimalist Japandi style with a focus on clean lines and natural materials. In the foyer, a partition with full-height mirror creates the feeling of more space, while compact storage keeps things tidy and adds to the overall look.

At first, the owners weren’t keen on having a feature wall, but after seeing the proposed design and 3D renderings, they decided to go for it. The TV feature wall ended up being a standout piece that ties the whole space together.

The kitchen is designed with a glass sliding door for privacy, and the layout offers plenty of practical storage without being too plain. The double galley setup gives the space a warm, cozy feel.

Removing the service yard door and window helped open up the area, making the home feel more spacious and connected.

A perfect balance of style and functionality, this renovation creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout.
