This 5-room BTO at Tampines GreenGlen embraces a warm, cozy Japandi style, blending natural light with a harmonious balance of wood tones and soft neutrals.

Maximizing the airy, livable feel of the space, the design emphasizes comfort and functionality throughout.

A glass block partition in the foyer allows light to flow freely while adding an elegant touch. Paired with ambient lighting and greenery, an arch-shaped wall shelf creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and open kitchen, the space also features a cozy breakfast nook. The TV panel serves as a focal point, while floating furniture frees up floor space, enhancing the airy, open feel.

By hacking one bedroom, the layout was opened up to create a more flexible, spacious living area.

In the master bedroom, an L-shaped wardrobe offers ample storage, complemented by a bespoke bedhead and side table that combine style and practicality.

Wood tones and neutral whites dominate the color palette, bringing warmth and simplicity to the entire space.

This project blends functionality with thoughtful design, resulting in a home that’s both beautiful and practical, ideal for everyday living.
