Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time position, and the Interior Designer will report directly to the Team Leader. The role requires the candidate to work remotely, and the salary will be commensurate with experience.
The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of a renovation interior design company through Xero software, invoicing clients, and making payments to suppliers and contractors. The role also involves responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. The Finance and Customer Service Executive must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have experience working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions through Xero software, including invoicing clients and making payments to suppliers and contractors
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding financial matters
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and video conferencing
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for project timelines, materials, and deliveries
- Maintain client databases and update client information as necessary
- Ensure all financial transactions are completed within agreed timelines and budget constraints
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

The role involves working remotely to research topics, create content, and collaborate with team members to develop content strategies that showcase the company’s interior design expertise. The Content Creator Executive must possess excellent writing and research skills, as well as experience in photo and video editing and proficiency in Adobe Suite, to create content that is optimized for search engines and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant and trending topics in the interior design industry and create engaging and informative content
- Create and edit photos and videos for use in various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites, using Adobe Suite
- Collaborate with team members to develop content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and brand voice
- Create content for various digital platforms that showcases the company’s interior design expertise and is optimized for search engines and digital marketing campaigns
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in style and tone

The role involves supervising and coordinating with contractors, maintaining safety standards on-site, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Renovation Site Supervisor must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle to commute to various job sites.

We are looking for a Remote Drafter to join our Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and designs for various interior design projects. As a Remote Drafter, you will be working with our Interior Design team to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other related software. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Interior Design team to develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and designs for various interior design projects.
- Use AutoCAD and other related software to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Ensure that all technical drawings are accurate, complete, and meet industry standards
- Review and modify existing drawings as required
- Work closely with the Project Managers and Interior Designers to understand project requirements and ensure that all drawings are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain project documentation and ensure that all drawings are properly documented and filed
- Continuously update and maintain CAD standards and procedures
- Work with external consultants and contractors to ensure that all drawings and designs are coordinated with other disciplines
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting
- Strong technical drafting skills, with an excellent understanding of drafting standards
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D drawing software
