Detailed, Reliable, Confident, Patient
The assigned designer give me the vibes that he is someone reliable, confident and most importantly, I feel comfortable with. I am glad that I went ahead with By Design. Despite the challenges due to Covid, By Design team did a fantastic job. Of course there were hiccups along the way and being a noob in house reno, I was kancheong all the time but he was there patiently replying to me (even during after working hours). Thank you for making the whole process pleasant.
Responsive, Efficient & Accommodating
Many thanks to By Design & special mention to Janine, without whom our kitchen wouldn’t have been transformed to how it is now! She was very responsive, efficient & very accommodating to our requests & especially when minor hiccups (which are pretty common during any renovation) happened. She even went out of her way to get help drill & install some items in my home nearing the end of the renovation. Could not thank her enough for her help! Definitely recommending By Design for anyone who needs to spruce up their home. Thank you!!
